Everybody’s talking about foreclosures, short sales, REO’s, deeds in lieu of foreclosure, and other distressful situations in Real Estate. What they fail to see are that there are a lot of nice, good old fashion conventional sales between buyers and sellers not stressed out by properties under water. Where offers and counter offers are made, and meetings of the mind are achieved leading to short, clean escrows and happy owners. If you are looking for such a transaction, let us know.
